Record Status & Workflow

A business competency record can have the following status:

Active: After you add a new competency record, its status is automatically set to active. The reactivate option sets back the status to active.

Inactive: Use the deactivate option on the workflow menu to set the status to inactive. 

When the status is inactive, you cannot make changes to the record.

Changes to the status are recorded in the action history table.
