Registering and Documenting an Audit

After entering the mandatory details for the audit, including the name of the participating business, you can record the name of each auditor who participated in the performance assessment.

Document the Evaluation Details and Results

After you have selected the audit policy that governs the audit, and saved it for the first time, use the performance indicators table to record the results for each criterion from the audit policy, and record any additional results in the final outcome section.

Getting Approval

Lastly, a manager or other appropriate person needs to approve the details of the audit.
