Record Status & Workflow
Screening Policy
Draft: After you add a new screening policy record, its status is automatically set to draft. Use the reactivate option to set it back to draft.
Active: A manager can activate the policy when it is approved and its status will become active.
Inactive: When the status is inactive, you are not allowed to make changes to the record. Use the deactivate option on the workflow menu to set the status to inactive. When the status is inactive, you will not be able to make changes to the record.
Changes to the status are recorded in the action history table.
