From a communication record, the action Convert to grievance is available. This action reuses the communication’s information to create a grievance. This action will only be available if there are no records linked to the communication. Note that the communication will be permanently deleted following the conversion.
1. Access the communication that needs to be converted
2. Select the action Convert to grievance
3. A form will appear with some information pre-filled out. This information is gathered from the original communication.
4. Complete and edit the information of the grievance. Save.
The grievance is created. It will be available in the Grievances list. The original communication is permanently deleted.
