From a communication record, the action Create as grievance is available. This action reuses the communication’s information to create a grievance. Note that the communication will be permanently deleted following the conversion.
- Access the communication that needs to be converted
- Select the action Create as grievance
- A form will appear with some information pre-filled out. This information is gathered from the original communication.
- Complete and edit the information of the grievance.
- The grievance is created. It will be available in the Grievances list.
- The original communication is permanently deleted.
