Convert a Communication into a Grievance

From a communication record, the action Create as grievance is available. This action reuses the communication’s information to create a grievance. Note that the communication will be permanently deleted following the conversion.

  1. Access the communication that needs to be converted
  2. Select the action Create as grievance
  3. A form will appear with some information pre-filled out. This information is gathered from the original communication.
  4. Complete and edit the information of the grievance.
  5. Save
  6. The grievance is created. It will be available in the Grievances list.
  7. The original communication is permanently deleted.
