Change the Status of an Activity

When creating a new activity, its status is automatically set to Not started.

Once the activity is over and there are no outstanding tasks or if the activity is cancelled, you can complete or cancel it using the Actions button.

Activities can have 4 different statuses:

  • Not started: Indicates that the activity has not been started yet. It can still be modified.
  • In progress: Indicates that the activity has started. Work has been started for the activity and tasks have been created. Some changes and adjustments to planning can still be made.
  • Completed: Indicates that the activity has been completed. It can no longer be modified. All tasks that have not been completed are cancelled.
  • Cancelled: Indicates that the activity was cancelled. It can no longer be modified. All tasks that have not been completed are deleted.
