Corrective action is the equivalent of a task to be done in order to comply with a condition for the next inspection. It is usually created from an inspection or observation, but can be added ad-hoc from the corresponding section.
Add corrective actions to observations generated from the tab of the same name.
Important fields :
- Description of what needs to be done
- Responsible person
- Due date for completing the action. The due date can be changed if necessary via the “Action”
Once corrective action is taken, it can be closed via the “Process” button. It can no longer be edited at this point. As mentioned in step Generating observations, there is also the option to close the observation to automatically complete several corrective actions.
