Just as for the general atmosphere of a communication, it is possible to enter a sentiment for each participant linked to any type of communication (email, phone call, meeting, etc.). The drop-down list associated with this field is the same as the general atmosphere list.
While the general atmosphere refers to the communication as a whole, the sentiment is specific to each participant related to that communication. This field is optional and blank by default.
It is possible to report on sentiment while creating widgets and reports in Analytics.
