You can view emails that were sent to Borealis through the Borealis Mail handler from the Processed emails log.
Depending on your profile, the Processed emails log might only display emails that you, yourself, sent to Borealis through the mail handler or you could view emails sent through the mail handler for all projects you have access to.
There are three types of status for processed emails:
- Success: Indicates that the email was processed successfully.
- Warning: Indicates that although the email was likely processed successfully, a part of the process failed and might require action on your part.
- Failure: Indicates that the email was not processed successfully and you need to restart the email processing.

- Locate the processed email with either a Failure status you want to correct.
- Mouseover the processed email record you want to correct.
- Click the Restart email processing button on the right hand side of the screen.
- In the Restart email processing window, you can flag Send email notification to send a status update email to either your inbox or the person's inbox and get a status update.

Restarting an email processing is one way of attempting to address a Failure status. You may have to take additional actions or add additional data to Borealis to successfully change the status. Other options also exist to correct Warning or Failure statuses such as Process as distinct communication. The steps are generally the same as restarting an email's processing.
