Creating an Outlook Calendar entry in Boréalis - Outlook on the Desktop

With the Boréalis Outlook Add-in, it is as simple as a few clicks to create and categorize your Outlook Meetings and Appointments in Boréalis.

Step 1: Open your calendar and select the meeting to create in Boréalis, double click the meeting to open the entry.

Step 2: In the <Meeting> ribbon open the <Boréalis> Add-in

A new section will display on the right side of your email reading pane.

Step 3: Enter your Boréalis instance URL. This step will only need to be completed the first time you use the add-in.

Step 4: A new window will open with your Boréalis instance, enter your login credentials.

Step 5: Using the drop menus, categorize your email accordingly, when done press <Send to Boréalis>

Note: You will receive a confirmation that the communication was created successfully in Boréalis in the Add-in navigation window, there will also be a link to View the communication in Boréalis.

Note: Recurring meeting will only be created once, the system will use the date of the first meeting in the series. The best practice for recurring meetings is to send each individual entry and update participants, meeting minutes, and general atmosphere for every meeting after they have occurred.

Step 1: Open your calendar and select the meeting to create in Boréalis, double click the meeting to open the entry.

Step 2: In the Meeting Details open the <ellipsis> menu and select the Boréalis Add-in
