Manage users & their access rights within Corporate View Add-on

Within the Corporate View Add-on, users have different levels of access to sites data.

For instance, a user could have a “Guest” access to site A, a superuser access to site B and no access to site C.

Moreover, there are two levels of Superusers: Corporate and Site, each one managing their own users access.

Corporate - Superusers are the only ones who can manage users’ access for every site, as well as at the corporate level.

To manage the access as a Corporate - Superuser, please follow the next steps:

  1. Select the first option - All sites - in the top right corner next to your username ;
  2. Click on Configuration menu, then Users and select the user you want to modify;
  3. In the Access section:
      • select the Sites to which you wish to grant access
      • for each site select the appropriate Projects
      • for each site select the appropriate Profiles (e.g., guest, data entry, etc.)

Example 1: Access to view data on all sites, and complete edit and delete access to a site named Country A.
