Add Feedback and/or Community Benefits to Social Investments

'Feedback' is the information that is received regarding reactions to an investment, or the organization's performance which can be used as a basis for improvement. Comparatively 'community benefits' are the tangible or intangible benefits to the community that have been generated directly or indirectly as a result of the delivery of the applicant's requested items. 

Adding 'feedback' to an existing 'community contribution' or 'strategic community investment'

  1. Click on the social investment icon and select either 'community contribution' or 'strategic community investment'
  2. Locate the record to edit, and select it to open the record
  3. Click on the 'Impact' tab. Scroll to the 'feedback' fields and click the '+ create' button and a new 'feedback' form will open.
  4. Populate the mandatory fields including the 'stakeholder', 'Process satisfaction
  5. Click 'save' and new information will appear immediately

  5. Click 'save' and new information will appear immediately.
