Import Company Assets

Download the Company asset import sheet

1. Click on the configuration icon and select "Import excel" below the "Data" menu; a new form will open.
2. From the drop-down list select "Company asset" below the "Land Access - Land Management" menu
3. Select "excel template" and the excel import sheet will download automatically
4. Populate the "excel template" with the mandatory information
5. IF you have previously imported the geometry file that corresponds to your company asset, you can refer to the "Geometry" cell and enter the corresponding unique ID, this will link the polygon/line/pinpoint to the asset when imported. (refer to How to import geometry files)
6. You can create as many records as you require using the import sheet, however, we recommend splitting the imports if records exceed 1000; with a maximum of 999 records per import. 
7. Click ''save as'' in excel to save the data you have added to the import sheet in a secure location

Import the Company assets import sheet

1. Click on the configuration icon and select "Import excel" below the "Data" menu; a new form will open.
2. From the drop-down list select "Company asset" below the "Land Access - Land Management" menu
3. Select "Select file" this will open a new form, select the "excel template" and select "open" OR  you can "drag and drop" the record from the location saved to the Borealis form
4. Click ''confirm'', and the import will process
