How to use the Help Center chat and search engine

 

Whether you’re searching for a how-to or troubleshooting an issue, the AI-powered Help Center can guide you with clear, step-by-step answers.

How it works

Head to the Help Center by clicking the ? in the navigation bar in Borealis.

1. Ask your question

Type your question in the search bar or chat. 
Example: “How do I update a stakeholder position?”

2. Get a clear answer

Instead of only returning a list of articles, the AI will provide:

  • A quick, easy-to-understand answer 
  • Step-by-step instructions when applicable 
  • Links to relevant articles if you want to explore further 

 

 

Tips to get better answers

Be specific in your question 
Instead of “reports,” try “How do I create a report for stakeholder activity?”

Use natural language 
Ask questions the same way you would ask a colleague

 

Need more help? Talk to a human

If the answer isn’t quite what you need, you’re never stuck.

You can select Talk to a human, or ask to speak with someone directly in the chat. You’ll be connected with our support team for deeper guidance. We’ll simply ask for your name and email to get started.

 

 

If we’re offline, your request will be sent to our team, and we’ll get back to you as soon as an agent is available. You can close the chat and continue your work. We’ll follow up by email.
