Once an Assessment Method is active, a new section appears within your Engagement Plans. This allows users to track project health directly from the field.
Perform an Assessment
Navigate to Engagement Plans in Stakeholder Engagement.
Select and open the specific Engagement Plan you wish to assess.
In the left-hand menu, select Enagement plan assessments under the planning section.
Note: This section only appears if at least one Assessment Method has been configured and activated.Click the +Assess button.
Select the appropriate Assessment Method from the drop-down list.
Fill in the evaluation axes based on current field observations or community feedback.
Enter comments if appropriate.
Click the Save button.
Re-assess an Engagement Plan
To track the evolution of community sentiment or project performance over time, you can log multiple assessments within the same plan.
Open the Assessments section of your Engagement Plan.
Click the +Assess button again to create a new entry for the current period or date.
Fill in the evaluation axes based on current field observations or community feedback.
Enter comments if appropriate.
The previous assessments remain in the Assessment History list to provide a traceable timeline of engagement efforts.
Make a Correction to a Past Assessment
If an error was made in a previous entry, users with the SE - EP - Assessment data entry (or higher) access level can modify it.
Navigate to the Assessments section of the Engagement Plan.
Scroll down to the Assessment History list.
Put the mouse over the specific assessment you want to correct.
Select the Make correction action from the menu.
Modify the necessary fields and click Save.
Analysis in Analytics
All assessment data is natively available in the Analytics module for high-level reporting and resource allocation.
Real-time Tracking: Use dashboards to view "color-coded" status scores for multiple projects simultaneously.
Period Status Filter: Use the dedicated filter to instantly sort assessments by "Current period," "Previous period," or "Earlier periods" to see if social acceptability is improving.
Performance Metrics: View calculated scores and axes data to identify projects requiring immediate intervention.
