Depending on your organization's security policies, you may need to contact your IT department for assistance with installing or accessing the Irth-Borealis Teams App.
This section provides instructions for installing the Irth-Borealis Teams App from the Microsoft App Store (Marketplace). It also provides information for IT administrators who want to deploy the app across their organization.
After the Irth-Borealis Teams App is installed and authenticated, you can access Borealis directly from Microsoft Teams to create and update stakeholder engagement records from meetings and chats.
Install the App
From Microsoft Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams and sign in to your account.

In the left navigation menu, select Apps ('+' icon).

In the search box, enter Irth-Borealis.
- Locate the Irth-Borealis Teams App in the search results and select it.
- Click Add to install the app.
- Follow any prompts to grant the required permissions, if any.
- Sign in to your Irth-Borealis account when prompted.
From Microsoft Marketplace Using a Web Browser
- Open a web browser and navigate to the Microsoft Marketplace.
- In the search box, enter Irth-Borealis.

Select the Irth-Borealis Teams App from the search results.
- On the app information page, click Get it now.
- Sign in with your Microsoft Teams account if prompted.
- After you successfully sign in, you will be prompted to open Microsoft Teams.
- Click Open.
- In Microsoft Teams, the Irth-Borealis Teams App information window opens.
- Click Add to install the app.
After installation is complete, the Irth-Borealis Teams App will be available in Microsoft Teams.
Deploy the Irth-Borealis Teams App (For IT Administrators)
The IT department is often responsible for reviewing, approving, and deploying new applications within Microsoft Teams. The Irth-Borealis Teams App can be deployed to multiple users across the organization through the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
