Depending on your organization's security policies, app updates may be managed by your IT department. If you are unable to update the Borealis for Microsoft Teams App, contact your IT department for assistance.
Most updates to the Borealis for Microsoft Teams App are installed automatically. If an update requires additional permissions, you will be prompted to accept the update before it can be applied.
Update the App
- Select Apps
on the left side of Microsoft Teams. - Near the bottom-left of your screen, select Manage your apps
. If updates are available, a red badge displays the number of pending app updates. - On the Manage your apps page, apps that require updates are at the top.
- Select Update next to the Borealis for Microsoft Teams App.
- Select Update now to accept the permissions and update the app.
Update the Borealis for Microsoft Teams App (For IT Administrators)
The IT department is often responsible for reviewing, approving, and deploying new applications within Microsoft Teams.
