Engagement plans can have 5 different statuses:
- Not started: The Engagement Plan is scheduled for a future date and can be modified.
- In progress: The Engagement Plan is active and can be modified. When an engagement plan status is Not started, the application will automatically change its status to In progress when the start date has been reached.
- On-hold: The Engagement Plan is currently on hold.
- Closed: The Engagement Plan is closed because all related activities have been completed. The Engagement Plan can no longer be modified.
- Cancelled: The Engagement Plan has been cancelled and can no longer be modified.
ⓘ Note: Use the Actions menu to manually update the status of an Engagement Plan as it progresses through its lifecycle.
