Sharing documents or photos from the "WhatsApp" application will make your communications easier. It doesn’t matter what device you use. Get the benefits safely, by following these steps:
IPHONE |
1. Select the item you wish to attach to your communication and hold a finger on it. Choose "Forward":
2. You have several documents or photos to send? Select them by checking the circle on the left side of the desired ones. Then, at the bottom right, send your file by using the "Share" button:
3. Find the Borealis application. You will be sent to the "Create communication" form in Borealis.
4. The import of your documents or photos will be complete when this message appears at the bottom of your screen indicating the number of pieces added. If you share a message, it will appear in the "Description" section of the communication form:

5. Complete the "Create communication" form and press "Create".
ANDROID |
1. Select the document or photo inside your message. Click on the dotted line in the upper right corner of your screen to get the "Share" option:
2. Find the Borealis application and you will be redirected to the "Create communication" form in Borealis:
3.The import of your documents or photos will be complete when this message appears at the bottom of your screen indicating the number of pieces added:
4. Complete the "Create communication" form and press "Create".
TEXT SHARING |
With the Android device, the option to share a text message in WhatsApp is not available.
1. Select the text by pressing on your screen until the message is selected. Press the "three dots" button and then "Copy".
2. Go to the Borealis application and open the "Create communication" form. Go to the "Description" field and paste the message.
3. Complete the "Create communication" form and press "Create".
