Email integration - Managing Folder Subscriptions

By default, the Microsoft 365 Email Integration synchronizes emails from your Inbox and Sent Items folders.

However, if you use Outlook rules to move emails to other folders, these emails may not be synced automatically.

To fix this, you can subscribe additional folders:

1. Click on your User Profile icon in the right hand corner of the top bar.
2. Click on View profile.
3. In the left hand menu, click on Integration.
   1. If you have not set up your integration yet, click on Link Microsoft account to create the link.

4. In the three dots to the right of your connected account, select Configure folders.

5. Select additional folders to include.
   Note: You can toggle On/Off Always import option for a specific folder if you frant to bypass all rules Allow/Block.
   

6. Save your configuration.

Once this has been done, you may want to launch a synchronization of past emails to send your history of emails to Borealis.
