It is possible to create an issue directly from a grievance. The grievance must answer this condition:
- It must have been close with the Resolution type “No basis for grievance”.
When the resolution type “No basis for grievance” is selected, the checkbox “Create as issue” appears.
After completing the necessary fields and clicking on the save button, the grievance is converted as an issue with all the information previously saved. The workflow associated to issues then applies.
