Set up Email Notifications from the Grievance Portal

As a Borealis super-user, you would like to be informed about a new grievance or a follow-up from the grievance portal. In order to get this information in real time, Borealis offers two pre-configured notifications available in the Email notifications section:

1) Grievances – New grievance from portal.

2) Grievances – New Follow-up from portal.

The first one will be triggered when a new grievance is filed using the portal, and the second one when a stakeholder adds a new comment or question to an existing grievance.

Both notifications must be activated and can be modified, if needed. After activating them, users will receive an email, according to the configuration defined in the Email notifications section.
