After submitting a grievance through a Public Grievance Form, you can access it at any time to review its status, view updates, and provide additional information if requested.

Access a Submitted Grievance
- Open the Complaints Portal.

Select View grievances.
- In the Access a grievance page, enter:
- Your Grievance reference number.
- Your Password.
- Select Access.
View Grievance Details
After accessing the grievance, you can view:
- The grievance reference number.
- The current status of the grievance.
- Information submitted with the grievance.
- Updates or communications related to the case.
- Original grievance.
- Details about the selected item from left panel.
Add Information or Respond to Follow-Up Requests
If additional information is requested:
- Click on the '+ Add comments or questions' button.
- Enter your response or additional comments in the available fields.
- Attach supporting documents if required.
- Click Save to submit the information.
Note: A record will be created in Borealis under Engagements-> Follow-ups in portal section. Also, the information will appear in grievance portal (point 4) when you access the grievance.
